Endless Mode Survival Guide

Think you've mastered Megabonk? Endless Mode is the ultimate test. Here's how to survive past the 30-minute Reaper and push for those 60+ minute runs.

What is Endless Mode?

Endless Mode removes the 30-minute time limit and Death timer. Instead, enemies continuously scale in difficulty, and you must survive as long as possible.

Key Differences from Normal Mode

  • No Death timer at 30 minutes

  • Enemies scale infinitely

  • XP requirements increase dramatically

  • Chest spawn rates decrease over time

  • Score is based on survival time and kills

Phase 1: The Foundation (0-15 Minutes)

Starting Strategy

  • Choose the Right Character

  • - Red Death (best mobility)
    - Leda (tankiest option)
    - Queen Sigma (highest damage)

  • Early Game Priorities

  • - Get 3-4 weapons by minute 5
    - Focus on AOE weapons
    - Pick up Attractorb early

    You should have:
    • At least 4 evolved weapons

    • Full 6/6 slots used

    • Multiple defensive items

Phase 3: The Grind (30-60 Minutes)

After minute 30, the game changes dramatically.

    • Dense spawn clusters

    Survival Tactics

    Kiting Patterns

    Pattern 1: Figure-8
    • Best for open maps

    • Allows weapons to clear ahead

    Pattern 2: Edge-Running
    • Hug map boundaries

    • Enemies spawn behind you

    Pattern 3: Circle Kiting
    • Create circular paths

    • Enemies bunch up for AOE

    Damage Priority

  • Percentage-based damage - Scales with enemy HP

  • Flat damage - Falls off after 45 minutes

  • DOT effects - Consistent but slow
  • Phase 4: Ultra Late Game (60+ Minutes)

    Welcome to the true endgame.
